Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to our Payment & Billing Policy. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the total amount shown.

We use a dropshipping business model. Products may be stored, packaged, and shipped directly by third-party suppliers or fulfillment centers located in the United States or other countries.
Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages, at different times, and with separate tracking numbers. Product packaging or shipping labels may identify a fulfillment partner. We remain responsible for customer service relating to purchases made through our website, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Processing estimates, delivery information, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide the notice, cancellation option, and refund required by applicable law.
7. Product Use and Safety
Outdoor activities, camping, and fishing may involve inherent risks. You are responsible for reading and following all manufacturer instructions, warnings, weight or age limitations, maintenance requirements, and applicable laws.
Products must be inspected before use and used only for their intended purpose. Product descriptions and customer support do not replace professional instruction, safety training, supervision, permits, licenses, or appropriate judgment. Stop using any product that appears damaged, defective, or unsafe and contact us promptly.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective products.
8. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights.
